Call for participation
Mediterranean Editors and Translators (MET) is an independent, non-profit association that brings together people who provide language support for international communication in English within the Mediterranean area and beyond. We invite practitioners and researchers in this field to attend the conference and share their work in presentations or posters.
This year’s theme evokes the elements of craft and critical vision (in writing, translating and editing) that make discourse effective. We welcome proposals for practical, research or review presentations that pertain to the conference theme and/or to our association’s objectives.
Proposals for 30-minute oral presentations should be submitted by 30 April 2012 while proposals for posters can be submitted until 30 June 2012. Information on how to prepare and submit an abstract is available at www.metmeetings.org
