ASA’s client is an expanding company which has recently relocated their head office to Edinburgh from the south of England.
They now seek to recruit an additional staff member to join their small specialist team based in central Edinburgh.
Duties will cover:
Provision of support to a team of project managers based in different UK locations. The main focus will be responding to translator queries and maintaining a translator database.
The successful candidate will be confident working in the world of IT, have excellent communication skills and a desire to fit into the project management team and spot opportunities for supporting project managers.
Some knowledge of translation processes and translation tools such as TRADOS advantageous but by no means essential
Previous technical training and an understanding of software development would be advantageous.
You will be an IT graduate with a minimum of two years work experience in an IT related field.
