Our client, an international consultancy headquartered in London, is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager and Translation Project Manager. This is a new position with a brand new client account and will therefore require a candidate who has the potential to develop the role into full campaign management. The role will initially be split between London and on-site in Slough.

Main duties:

” Management of the translation and account process will include:
” Manage project delivery ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met and the status of each project is clearly communicated to the client.
” Assist in creating new processes when required, manage service levels and key performance indicators and manage and develop the relationships with key clients.
” Understand, monitor and evaluate the quality and efficiency of account processes to enable detailed reporting to team and clients
” Manage budgets, plans and forecasts, and focus on improving profitability
” Manage partner agencies and internal suppliers
” Ensure the Senior Manager is kept up to date on all aspect of the accounts
” Assist in the development of existing client service

Experience / Candidate Attributes
” Account management, developing client relationships and developing business is paramount
2-3 years experience managing translation projects
” Account management, developing client relationships and developing business
” Planning, budgeting and organising project resources
” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
” Fluency in English and another European Language with experience in language management
” Educated to degree level or equivalent
